Setting out with the aim of providing the highest standard of legal services across all areas of law and adopting the motto \u201cFurther forward, towards the best\u2026\u201d, he currently serves as the founding attorney of the firm, which primarily provides legal and consultancy services in the fields of commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, tax law, arbitration, labor law, contract law, family law, real estate law, associations and foundations law, and criminal law.<\/p>\n
Having handled thousands of domestic and international legal proceedings, Mehmet \u0130lker Birgan has a particular interest in commercial law, labor law, family law, criminal law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate law, finance, and capital markets.<\/p>\n
In 2020, he successfully passed the mediation examination and became a certified mediator.<\/p>\n

Throughout his professional career, Mehmet \u0130lker Birgan has served in numerous managerial and representative positions, including Chairman of the Board of the Istanbul University Faculty of Business Administration Alumni Association, followed by membership of its Advisory Board; Vice President of the Istanbul University Alumni Association; Member of the Istanbul Bar Association Assembly; Bak\u0131rk\u00f6y District Representative of the Istanbul Bar Association; and Member of the Executive Board of the Istanbul Bar Association Legal Internship Training Center. He has also held, and continues to hold, managerial positions on the boards of various non-governmental organizations.<\/p>\n
